Since last ten-fifteen years, as the medicine has been developing, there is an idea about Mary's situation. Could she be a hermaphfrodite?
Now new evidences which have been collected in medicine for 30-40 years and as the verses in Quran have become more clearly understandable after new discoveries, YES we can say today that Mary was a hermaphrodite.. So HOW?
First let's see the verses;
3.35- [Mention, O Muhammad], when the wife of ‘Imran said, "My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing."
3.36- But when she delivered her, she said, "My Lord, I have delivered a female." And Allah was most knowing of what she delivered, "And the male is not like the female. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah]."
3.37- So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance and caused her to grow in a good manner(like a plant-flower) and put her in the care of Zechariah. Every time Zechariah entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, "O Mary, from where is this [coming] to you?" She said, "It is from Allah. Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account."
3.42- And [mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds.
3.43- O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer]."
3.44- That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. And you were not with them when they cast their pens as to which of them should be responsible for Mary. Nor were you with them when they disputed.
3.45- [And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary – distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].
3.64- Say, “O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you – that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah." But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him]."
3.65- O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Then will you not reason?
3.66- Here you are – those who have argued about that of which you have [some] knowledge, but why do you argue about that of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while you know not.
3.67- Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists.
3.70- O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in the verses of Allah while you witness [to their truth]?
3.71- O People of the Scripture, why do you mix [i.e. confuse] the truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know [it]?
So what do all those verses tell us, especially the words underlined with bold?
1- God talk to the Mary's mother, Imran and said "you can't know what is male or female", relating to Mary? In Quran these verses have both male and female pronouns for Mary(in arabic). Then why are pronouns of both sex used for Virgin (female)Mary in Quran?
2- In verse 3.37 God says I have let her grow up Mary in a good manner, very kind like a flower(plant). Every human who goes to school knows that a flower has one female and lots of male in the middle and flowers fertilize themselves.
So all those things show us how Jesus was born without a father. Some Muslims also say that you reject miracle of God by saying so. NO..exactly NO.. God has created universe with its own rules, only He knows our destiny and what is gonna happen to us? He let her give a birth like that. This is a miracle to people who want to see the truth because "what do some people say about Quran?" -Prophet Muhammad wrote it with his frineds. Or some say there is no religion all have been coming from Sumerians. Could a man(prophet) know the real fact about the birth of Jesus if God didn't tell him? Could a man write(use) both male and female pronouns for a woman, Virgin Mary in 7 th century, 700 hundred years after Jesus? There must have been someone, a Creator who explained the truth about the situation to our prophet, Muhammad? Those facts can't be coincidence. Did our prophet write these verses by coincidence?
Let's come to our century.. What do medicine say?
Today in history of medicine, doctors have proved such things. Let me explain and if you dont believe, Pls search..
A normal woman has two ovaries. But a very very few of them have one ovary and one testis inside the belly. They are called "hermaphrodite". Those women are the same as a normal woman. Feeling, giving birth, marrying..
Since 1975 14 hermaphrodite women have given a birth. You can find about them in articles on medicine. All those women gave a birth to a Male(a boy) after marriage.. How interesting, isnt it?.. Hermophradite women give birth to a male, they can't give a birth to a female because their anatomy doesn't allow.
Now another question; can a hermaphrodite woman give a birth without sex with a man? Can a self-fertilization possible? YES. (but) will explain....
Because in those women it was found out that ovary produces eggs(ovum) all the time, rarely other part, testis produces sperms. With a very small possibility that egg and sperm may come together and fertilize itself for pregnancy. To give a birth to a male, ovum needs XY chromosomes from a sperm. %25 percent of hermaphrodite women's sperms have XY chromosomes. All those are possibility. There havent been any records that a hermaphrodite women have become pregnant by herself yet. In fact those women didnt come to a doctor that she had become pregnant without a man. We dont know that. They didnt mention and without their permission no test could be done.
Here is the point;
However, in 1990 in Netherland more than 250 hermaphrodite rabbits were being examined and observed for a season and 7 of them became pregnant by themselves. Self-fertilization happened on 7 of them. And they gave birth to healthy baby rabbits.
As a result a few numbers of female hermophradite living creatures may fertilize themselves and become pregnant. All are known by medicine.
So don't all those researches show how the birth of Jesus occured(happen)? What is the miracle here? I am repeating again. Could a man-prophet know all those things about Mary and write these verses by himself or with his friends as some disbelievers state lots of times?
Let's answer my question from verses from Quran;
51.21- And in yourselves. Then will you not see?
2.164- Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason.
2.209- But if you deviate after clear proofs have come to you, then know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
There are lots of similar verses in Quran especially at the end of some chapters. Simply in Quran God says "I show you evidences then use your wisdom(mind) and believe, if not there will be an eternal punishment for you"

2- Fingerprint in Quran in 7th century. When was it discovered?
I know that it was in 1800s
In Quran God says lots of times that "I will recreate you for judgement day" and says that "I let you be-born at the beginning and it will be easier for me to create you again" First creation was more difficult= it had taken too much time. (Recreation will be shorter. Because our DNAs are in the soil with our bones for fast creation.) And God says I will recreate you in such a perfect way that you will be a human like before on earth. How does He mention about that? Answer is in a verse; which is;
75.3 - Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones?
75.4 - Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers.
So God wants to say that fingerprint is very unique and I will create you again even with your fingerprints again. He is mentioning about its precision.
Can a prophet write this verse with or without knowledge about fingerprints in 7th century?
Or were not these from a Creator-God?
I think the answer is simple and you know it
3- Relativity Theory in Quran
In Quran there are 3 verses about that matter.(as far as I remember)
a- Angel Gabriel travels to God's throne in 50.000 years of earth's time.
b- One day at God's throne is equal to 1000 days on earth.
c- The judgement day will come to the death souls very closer than they expect.
Let's find the original verses.
a- 70.4 - The angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years.
b- 22.47 - Yet they ask thee to hasten on the Punishment! But Allah will not fail in His promise. verily a Day in the sight of thy Lord is like a thousand years of your reckoning.
c- 17.52 - It will be on a day when he will call you, and ye will answer (his call) with (words of) his praise, and ye will think that ye tarried but a little while.
So what should we understand from these verses?
Easy isn't it? time on earth is different than the time in space or out of space or at God's throne.
Maybe that's the reason God knows and hears everything. Because we dont know in what point/place God stands in the period of time.
Normaly most people think that "Will we stay in grave thousand or hundred thousands of years till the judgement day?"
In Quran God says NO. The time for judgement day is very close for dying people. While humanity has been living on earth for thousands of years till armageddon, it can be maybe 10-30 days for deaths.
So do you think that Prophet Muhammed faked up all those information? Couldnt people of those times or now we think that he is insane? In fact people of his time thought he was cursed by someone or something. Because everybody knew that he was the most honorable and honest man of Mecca and nobody could said he was a liar, they said he was cursed.
4- Atom and smaller parts of atom in Quran in 7th century. When was it discovered?
When was atom bomb invented? answer is: during second World war. You know it hit Hiroşima and Nagazaki and finished the war soon.
What is atom bomb? In the past scientist thought that atom was the minimal part of a substance. There was no any other smaller part than that and it couldnt be divided. Later it was invented that atom could be divided and during its coming together process a super energy occurs. That causes a huge explosition and radiation that kills people and plants too.

says there is a very small part (called atom), and also there are parts smaller than it or greater than it.
